The Caribbean Queen!! Our new cake is a cocktail of luscious flavours - Rum macerated strawberries layered between dreamy lychee creme and vanilla sponge brushed with rummy lychee syrup, coated with dark Rum chocolate ganache, and crowned with a gold tipped strawberry fit for an exotic queen!

Please allow 2 days' notice for this cake.

Storage/handling

Cake can be stored in an airtight container in a chiller for up to 2 days.  Sugar in the praline and nuts may soften the over time.  

Important Note: Please handle with care when transporting the cake and keep cake box upright in a cool air conditioned car away from direct sunlight. If travelling with cake for more than 1 hour, we recommend storing the cake box in a cooler bag and cooler packs (both sold separately) or cooler box with ice bag/cooler packs.

Packaging

Cake is packed in a standard white cake cardboard box. Cake box may soften if kept in the chiller.
