Tiramisu Cake : Chocolate speckled mascarpone sandwiched between espresso sponge brushed with more espresso. A lovely combination of rich mascarpone and espresso, accented with a good dose of chocolate speckles :) 

Please allow 3 days’ notice for this cake .

Storage/handling

Cake must be stored in an airtight container in a chiller away from direct sunlight. We recommend consuming this cake within the day or within 3 days provided it is properly stored. Please remove from the chiller 15 to 30 minutes before serving.

Packaging

Cake is packed in a standard white cardboard cake box. Please note that the cake box may soften when placed in a chiller due to the moisture level within.
