The Ondeh-Ondeh cake is one of our top selling cakes. Fluffier than ever, our updated Ondeh-Ondeh cake is a real Nyonya’s delight! ❤️😍😍 Soft and fluffy Pandan cake made from fresh Pandan juice, frosted with pandan coconut cream, layered with grated Gula Melaka and finished with a drizzle of our housemade salted Gula Melaka Caramel. The leading ingredient in this cake is the 100% smoky pure Gula Melaka we use, sourced from the estates of Malacca.100% natural without artificial flavours and or colours.

This is a handmade product and as such no two cakes are exactly alike.  Garnishes may differ and may be substituted according to availability.

Storage/handling

Cake must be stored in an airtight container in the chiller away from direct sunlight. Cake may be stored for up to 2 days, however, coconut has very short shelf life so we recommend eating the cake the day it is purchased.

Important Note: This cream cake is extremely sensitive to heat. Please handle with care when transporting the cake and keep cake box upright in a cool air conditioned car away from direct sunlight. If travelling with cake for more than 1 hour, we recommend storing the cake box in a cooler bag and cooler packs (both sold separately) or cooler box with ice bag/cooler packs.

Packaging

Cake is packed in a standard white cardboard cake box. Please note that the cake box may soften when placed in a chiller due to the moisture level within.
