Baileys Tiramisu Cake : Chocolate speckled mascarpone sandwiched between espresso sponge soaked with Baileys Irish Cream. A lovely combination of rich mascarpone and espresso, accented with a good dose of Irish Cream :)

Storage/handling

Cake must be stored in an airtight container in a chiller away from direct sunlight. We recommend consuming this cake within the day or within 3 days provided it is properly stored. Please remove from the chiller 15 to 30 minutes before serving.

Important Note: Mascarpone is extremely sensitive to heat! Please handle with care when transporting the cake and keep cake box upright in a cool air conditioned car away from direct sunlight. If travelling with cake for more than 1 hour, we recommend storing the cake box in a cooler bag and cooler packs (both sold separately) or cooler box with ice bag/cooler packs.

Packaging

Cake is packed in a standard white cardboard cake box. Please note that the cake box may soften when placed in a chiller due to the moisture level within.
