Valrhona Salted Caramel
One of our most popular cakes in store and for celebrations - the Valrhona Salted Caramel cake is made with single origin Valrhona chocolate, organic Muscovado sugar, fresh French cream and buttermilk, layered with Salted Caramel cream cheese, enrobed in silky Valrhona dark and milk chocolate ganache and drizzled by hand with our homemade decadent Salted Caramel. You won't forget the pleasure of this truffle-like triple Valrhona cake experience!
Garnishes and decorations are extra. Please choose from our Add-Ons menu. Please note that garnishes and decorations are purchased or may be made by hand upon order, and no two are alike.
This cake is best consumed at room temperature. However cake should be stored in airtight container in the chiller. The liquid caramel will soften and drip onto the sides of the cake and on the cake board/box in the heat or during transportation. Please remove from chiller 30 minutes before serving. Cake can keep 2 to 3 days if stored properly, but we recommend consuming the cake on the day of purchase as cake will dry out in the chiller.
Cake is packed in a standard white cardboard cake box. Please note that the cake box may soften when placed in a chiller due to the moisture level within.
