One of our new obsession - Pistachio! Nutty, soft, creamy and custardy centre, topped with pistachio ganache for extra pistachio punch, this is the perfect cheesecake for pistachio lovers.   

Please note: This cake is garnished by hand, decorating styles may differ.

Storage/handling

Cake must be stored in an airtight container in a chiller away from direct sunlight. For softer texture you should remove from the chiller 15 to 30 minutes before serving. Cheesecake will keep 3-4 days in the fridge provided it is properly packed.

Important Note: Please handle with care when transporting the cake and keep cake box upright in a cool air conditioned car away from direct sunlight. If travelling with cake for more than 1 hour, we recommend storing the cake box in a cooler bag and cooler packs (both sold separately) or cooler box with ice bag/cooler packs.

Packaging

Cake is packed in a standard white cardboard cake box. Please note that the cake box may soften when placed in a chiller due to the moisture level within.
